ANNUAL ELECTION OF
HAMPTON BAYS FIRE DISTRICT
DECEMBER 10, 2024

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Election of the Hampton Bays Fire District will take place on December 10, 2024, between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Hampton Bays Fire House located at 69 West Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, New York for the purposes of electing one Commissioner for a five year term commencing on January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2029.

Candidates for the District Office of Commissioner shall file a petition signed by at least twenty-five (25) registered voters of the Fire District no later than November 20, 2024. Such petition must designate the specific term and office the candidate seeks election to. Petition forms may be obtained from the Fire District Secretary.

All residents of the Fire District duly registered with the Suffolk County Board of Elections as of November 18, 2024 shall be eligible to vote.
